It has a large private gated garden perfect for alfresco dining and a Wood Fired Eco Hot Tub. Alternatively enjoy a Winter break whereby you can relax and cosy up to the log fire. It’s the perfect Rural Cotswold Retreat for a family or friends getaway.
Location
Dancers Cottage is a super self catering property nestled between the beautiful Cotswold villages of Eastleach and Southrop. Both villages are only a 1/2 mile walk from the house. Lechlade is 4 miles away and offers watersports on the River Thames, walking on the Thames Path, then why not finish with tea & homemade cake at one of the Artisan coffee shops? Burford is 8 miles away and has the renowned Burford Garden Centre, Burford High Street and Cotswold Wildlife Park. A little further afield you have Buscot, Bibury, Blenheim, The White Horse at Uffington, Oxford, Cheltenham and Bath.
Ground Floor

- Door through to a lovely open plan, living/dining area with vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, and a large fireplace (logs provided – seasonal)
- Large l-shaped sofa & arm chair, an entertainment system including a Smart TV, DVD and SONOS sound system
- A large dining table seating up to 14 and sliding doors leading out to the garden
- At the rear of the property is a second sitting room/TV room with an additional Smart TV, DVD, sofas and arm chairs. This room can also be used as an additional bedroom due to having a king size sofa bed (This must be requested on booking if required)
- Dancers Cottage has a laundry cupboard in the hallway with tumble dryer and washing machine
- Highchair & travel cot are also available on request
- Please note that you will need to bring your own linen for the travel cot as we do not have/provide this.

- Bedroom 2 – King bed with fitted wardrobes

Second Floor
- Bedroom 3 – Double bed with hanging space and drawers – accessed by steep stairs
- This property sleeps a total of 14 guests – 11 people in 6 bedrooms and 2/3 people on the additional sofa beds (1 in bedroom 4 and 1 in the second sitting room/television room)
Outside
- Fenced, stone wall and gated garden with lovely lawn area. Patio area with a large table with chairs, parasol and Gas BBQ
- Large wooden gates enclose the courtyard/parking. Parking for up to 4 cars. Additional parking is available opposite the property
- The River Leach flows adjacent to Dancers Cottage
- Dancers Cottage has a brand new Wood Fired Eco Hot Tub which seats 8 people more than comfortably. There is an additional fee of £300.00 per week or short break should you require the use of this during your stay. Please request at time of booking – minimum of 3 days notice required
- Children’s paddling pool can also be supplied on request only
- Dog friendly – up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional charge of £35 per dog
- Wood burner – please note that logs are only supplied to guests between 1st October – 30th April
- Gas BBQ – Gas is supplied
- Please note this owner will look at possible alternative arrival and departure days including 2 nights stays off-peak. Please ask/enquire
