45 Summer Lake

We stayed in 45 Summer Lake whilst wider family stayed in No’s 42 and 44. The houses beat our expectations. All equipment needed was there, even all the cooking utensils needed to make Cornish pasties! The views are stunning and the site is so convenient for accessing all that the surrounding area offers.

The three houses we booked turned out to be much bigger and better equipped than I had expected. The standard was very high and it had all been carefully thought out.
There were so many great activities on the nearby lakes that all ages were kept entertained and we also went to the Sculpture Park which was excellent.
We were a family of 21 people, aged between 4 months and 82 but all found the experience very enjoyable.
Highly recommended!

48 Windrush Lake

We stayed at 48 Windrush lake last weekend and had an amazing time. The lodge was super clean and brilliantly equipped. Sitting right on the lake and next to the launching area made it very easy to just take out our paddleboards whenever we wanted. The site was very clean and extremely quiet. The location made it easy to explore the local area. Thank you also to your team who were great to deal with and went above and beyond dropping off a spare garden umbrella on the Saturday. We’ll be back!

28 Spring Lake

We stayed at 24 Summer Lake over Easter 2023 and absolutely loved this property. We are group aged 13 – 87 and everyone loved it. It was spotless and amazingly well equipped, obviously not designed or equipped as a standard holiday let but as a home. The position right on the lake with the extra decking on the water was just lovely and the hot tub a real treat for us. The site was very quiet and well kept and the younger members of our group played lots of tennis on the court which they always seemed to get access to.

10 Summer Lake

Such a helpful team – making sure the whole experience of our family break away was addressed; so much more than just the accommodation. Highly recommend – all our party had an amazing time.

33 The Landings

Wonderful stay at 33 The Landings, stunning setting and a lovely accommodation with everything we needed to make our family getaway perfect. Would highly recommend, excellent communication throughout the booking process and extremely friendly.

14 Windrush Lake

We had a fantastic stay at the lodge on the lakeside. The place was clean and a great security set up on site. Nice to have tennis, table tennis and a sports room too. Lovely and quiet and the views are gorgeous.

21 Spring Lake

Really enjoyed our week at 21 Spring Lake. The Lodge was excellent and the Service of the Team leading up to the Holiday was Brilliant. Will definitely visit again.

14 Windrush Lake

We had a great stay here. The house was had beautiful views, it was very clean, and a quiet location. The house was baby friendly, we had a one year old in the group. There was a high chair/cot option to add to booking plus there was even a stair gate. We were also able to bring our dogs too. A fab holiday, would highly recommend.

Dancers Cottage

We had an amazing week in Dancers Cottage. We took my very frail father and the downstairs bedroom and shower room were ideal for him. The beautiful house was very well equipped and the bedrooms and sitting rooms were really comfortable. The location was so peaceful and within walking distance of the pub – perfect! Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely return.

1 The Landings

Most amazing 2 weeks at the Landings. Everything was just perfect. Lodge was spotlessly clean and beautiful. Staff are wonderful and helpful especially Phillipa who we’ve always dealt with. We keep coming back year after year so that says it all. Would definitely recommend. Fabulous place.

We cannot praise these people enough. The service is efficient and so very helpful, the properties are always clean, warm, comfortable and tidy and the location is hard to beat.

42 Summer Lake

We had a wonderful stay at 42 and 44 Summer Lake in July. The accommodation was fantastic with everything in pristine condition. The rooms and bathrooms were really clean and well furnished. The view of the lake from the balcony upstairs near the kitchen and living room was stunning especially at sunset. We mainly dealt with Philippa and she was very prompt at responding to queries and very helpful. Tori was our contact after the trip and she was also great. One of our friends forgot her jewellery there and she kindly sent it out to us. The service is fantastic and the whole booking & checking in/out process was seamless. Would highly recommend watermark holidays if you are contemplating visiting. You won’t be disappointed.

50a Summer Lake

Well presented property, easy to book and the hosts were efficient in their communication. The site itself does not have much in the way of facilities but you’d not chose this place for that. All the appliances and equipment are of a good standard and it’s almost a home away from home.

42 Summer Lake

My family and I had an amazing holiday staying on Summer Lake. Fantastic for paddle boarding and Kayaking. The accommodation was 5 star plus, this year we also paid extra for a hot tub, very relaxing after a day out sight seeing around the Cotswolds. The team working for Watermark are so helpful, nothing is to much trouble for them. Last year we also booked with them, I am sure next year we will be booking with them once again. I can only speak very highly of the Watermark team and the holiday accommodation they rent.

50a Summer Lake

Absolutely stunning property, we had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. We had our weeks shop delivered and pre booked a few activities before we arrived. Our children thoroughly enjoyed paddleboarding on Summer Lake and we hired a kayak and life jackets which were delivered to our door for the week. I can highly recommend a visit to the nearby park and beach for the day and Cotswolds wildlife park. When we return we would definitely love to stay in this property again. Waking up to the sun on the lake and the open plan living we’re just perfect for our family trip!
